The first one is DealerRater who gave us their 2021 Consumer Satisfaction Award. This is the 7th year in a row that we have gotten this specific accolade due to being in the top 10% of U.S. franchise dealers based on our PowerScore, which is calculated using a Bayesian algorithm factoring in a dealership’s average DealerRater star rating & the total number of reviews written about them during that calendar year.
We were eligible to win the 2021 DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award because of the following qualifications:
- Receiving a minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the calendar year
- Having an average minimum star rating of 4.0 on DealerRater, with 5.0 as the highest possible rating
- Getting at least one review on DealerRater per quarter during the calendar year
- Not being blacklisted within the calendar year

CARFAX also named us as a 2020 Top-Rated Dealer because we received an average of 4.6 stars out of a possible 5 stars based on the testimonials written by actual customers on the site. This is the second year that CARFAX has given out this recognition.
