The team here at Elkins Chevrolet dedicates themselves to providing an outstanding customer service experience whether you’re shopping for your next vehicle or need to get your current one repaired. That’s why we’re so proud to be recognized by 2 big automotive organizations based on customer reviews.

The first one is DealerRater who gave us their 2021 Consumer Satisfaction Award. This is the 7th year in a row that we have gotten this specific accolade due to being in the top 10% of U.S. franchise dealers based on our PowerScore, which is calculated using a Bayesian algorithm factoring in a dealership’s average DealerRater star rating & the total number of reviews written about them during that calendar year.

We were eligible to win the 2021 DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award because of the following qualifications:

  • Receiving a minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the calendar year
  • Having an average minimum star rating of 4.0 on DealerRater, with 5.0 as the highest possible rating
  • Getting at least one review on DealerRater per quarter during the calendar year
  • Not being blacklisted within the calendar year
